Mike is not out first agent that we called. The first agent had much higher fees and took 3 days to respond to our emails and texts. The first agent also wanted the house listed for much lower than we anticipated, considering the comps. With the high commission and lower sale price from the first agent, we switched and called Mike. Mike was quick to text and keep us informed from listing to closing. In the end, Mike worked real hard and we go almost 20% more than the first agents listing price! He also did a nice video tour and aerial photos.

Michael did an excellent job selling my home. He paid attention to detail and kept me well informed of the details and timing of the annoying "legal stuff". I am the sort of person who ignores and rarely take the time for a positive review. Mike earned an A plus rating from me.

I had to sell three houses over the course of three years, all in different Western Massachusetts communities, and all quite different: one a restored 18th century Colonial in Russell, one a cheery 19th century bungalow in Northampton, and the third a mid-size home not far from the center of Westfield.
