I gave Michael 5 stars in each category because he earned them. I've worked with several realtors over the years and Michael is the best; from market analysis to the last closing detail, even pitching in to fix some things while we were away. Our attorney also appreciated how he was always prepared with everything they needed. Michael's low commission rate is a nice bonus, but performance is the reason to go with him.

Michael Seward made a positive impression on me seven years ago during the open house of the home we purchased. Since then we noticed the large number of local listings he represented, and the quality of the narrated video tours he produced himself. Our recent sale was under extreme time pressure, and Michael was the first realtor we interviewed. He was also the last since the quality of his market assessment was very thorough and convincing, and his rate (2%) was a third lower than the typical rate in our area. Michael's service throughout the sale process was superb in every way. From friends and family selling houses during this same time, we heard many examples of how their realtor let them down and didn't represent their best interest -- this made us appreciate even more the great job Michael was doing. He was always just a text, email or call away, and very responsive with advice and information that was on the mark. He was proactive on every issue, reminding us of things we needed to do, but also the other professionals involved in the transaction. This continuous attention to every detail greatly reduced the stress of the situation and produced a very positive outcome for us.

Michael had quite a mission to complete between selling my home and helping me find my next home in a very tight time frame. He was responsive, helpful, understanding of my situation and great with my dogs, which honestly was very helpful the few times I had to leave them during a showing or inspection. Michael guided me through both processes at the same time: no small feat! Working with Michael was an amazing experience.
