I can't recommend Mike highly enough. He had our property sold in no time, under some pretty difficult conditions, then stuck with us through a lengthy and difficult process (our sale was a probate transactions). He is honest and communicative. He is responsive, makes himself available, and is super knowledgeable about the business and the area. He works hard and went way above and beyond our expectations. He's a great negotiator and I'm convinced we wouldn't have done as well in this sale if he hadn't been our agent.

I found Michael Seward after being unsuccessful with multiple other realtors. Michael was professional and communicative. He created a video to show both the property and the area/town it inhabits. Pretty amazing! He also included a video walking tour with postings. When I had to get some work done he provided the solution. In the end he also provided multiple offers. I could not recommend Michael more to those wanting to get the job done.

Michael assisted me to sell my condo and stayed with me through the entire process. It began as a traditional sale but after a year on the market through not fault of Michael the property did not sell. Michael and my attorney saw me through the entire short sale process from finding a buyer, negotiating a price with the buyer, negotiating the price with the mortgage holder, and finally through the closing process. Michael was exceptional to work with on my 1970 historic home. He produced a fabulous video that attracted potential offers within days and we accepted a good offer almost immediately.
