Working with Mike to purchase our first home was a fantastic decision and we highly recommend him to any prospective home buyers. As remote buyers, my wife and I could only travel to the area for one weekend to view homes. Mike was able to setup 10+ viewings in a single weekend and even added homes to the itinerary which appeared on the market the day prior. While looking for a house to buy, I found Michael to be honest and upfront about details that he noticed would be problematic. This was the first time I purchased a home on my own. Because of that I had many questions, and every time I reached out to Mike he was able to help explain and guide me through the process. Mike was not the first agent we called. The first agent wanted to list our home for MUCH lower and their commission was much higher. She was also much slower to respond. So we turned to Mike and he responded immediately and the house was listed the next day! When all the dust had settled, we got nearly 20% more than the first agent! He did some extra work with timing an open house perfectly, video tours, and working final offers to the buzzer. So if you want to work with someone who has your best interest in mind, Mike's the guy!
